Looking after the land means looking after everyone it feeds
Paringa Park View is a sixth-generation family dairy in South Australia's Adelaide Hills, farming the same valley since 1846 and connecting fresh milk, cream and butter to the cafes and households around us.

Four simple promises
Grass first
Our cows live on deep-rooted pasture, rotated and rested so the paddock keeps its strength.
Small by choice
We stay small so we can do things slowly and properly, from the morning milking to the last bottle.
Glass, not waste
Returnable glass bottles keep the cream line intact and the packaging out of landfill.
Local, always
Fresh milk should travel a short way. We supply the Adelaide Hills and the neighbours around it.
Six generations on the same stretch of Adelaide Hills grass

-
1846
It started with the first herd
Our family began dairy farming in this Adelaide Hills valley in 1846, on the idea that good pasture does most of the work if you let it.
-
Every day
Twice a day, every day
Milking happens at first light and again in the afternoon. The routine has barely changed. It works, so we keep it.

Today
Six generations on, still local
Our milk now goes to Lactalis as well as the cafes and families nearby. Same family, same valley, same twice-daily routine.
